Archiving Policy - Acta Universitatis Sapientiae

The Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published content.
Authors may download, save, print, and retain copies of their articles published in the Journal for personal, academic, and non-commercial use.
Authors may archive the published version of their article on personal websites, institutional repositories, and other non-commercial scholarly repositories after publication, subject to the applicable copyright and licence terms.
Any archived version must include the complete bibliographic citation of the article and, where available, its Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and a link to the Version of Record on the Journal’s website.
Authors may not present an archived manuscript as the definitive published version where it differs from the Version of Record.
Readers may download and print published articles for personal, educational, and research purposes in accordance with the copyright or open-access licence applicable to each article.
Any person reproducing, distributing, quoting, or otherwise using an article, in whole or in part, must appropriately acknowledge and cite the original publication in accordance with the conventions of the relevant field.
The Journal encourages the deposit of published scholarly content in institutional, national, disciplinary, or other recognized repositories in order to support continued access and preservation.
The Journal may also preserve its published content through recognized digital preservation services, library repositories, databases or other reliable archival systems.
If the Journal ceases publication, changes its website, or its website becomes unavailable, archived copies deposited with designated repositories or preservation services should remain available to ensure continued access to the scholarly record.
