ACTA UNIVERSITATIS SAPIENTIAE, Alimentaria publishes original papers in English in all areas of food sciences. Authors are encouraged to submit their papers either in LaTeX (preferable) or in Word for Windows. In any case, please, attach your paper in PDF too.
